With over 13 years of experience, she has been at the forefront of enhancing child safety and student well-being across India, empowering schools and colleges to protect and nurture students.

     

    A Certified POCSO Trainer, Accredited Child Psychology Trainer, and NLP Practitioner, Shikha blends her expertise in Criminal Psychology and Child Rights to provide institutions with the tools they need to create secure, supportive environments. Her work is more than a career—it’s a lifelong commitment to shaping a future where every child is protected, empowered, and prepared to succeed.
