CHILD SAFEGUARDING WORKSHOPS
These workshops equip schools to safeguard children on campus.
The Child Safeguarding Workshops are designed to equip staff & students at Schools with legal literacy on child protection legislations in India, enabling them to effectively manage and respond to any concerns or disclosures. This training provides in-depth legal knowledge on child protection, building upon participants’ existing understanding of safeguarding at the school level. A comprehensive child safeguarding workshop aims to achieve the following outcomes:
- Understand legal framework & child protection legislation in India
- Identify and manage safeguarding concerns or disclosures
- Develop and implement effective safeguarding practices within the school
- Roles and responsibilities of different stakeholders in child safeguarding
- Effectively engage with children, parents & staff regarding any concerns
